Semi-Guided Wild Bobwhite Quail Hunts

We only offer Quail hunts 
during the months of January and Febuary
( after the active deer season has closed ) and yes, we have a heathly and sustainable wild bird population for you to enjoy. 

Our Quail hunts are exclusive meaning, your hunting party will have sole access to the hunting
area's and sole access and use of our 1800 sq. ft. Guest House during your hunt.

Our Quail hunts are walk and stalk with or with out the aid of your trained dogs. Quail hunts take place on easy access properties covered in fields of Blue Stem and Love Grasses mixed with Sage bush, stands of Oak Bush and
Wild Plum Thickets. The terrian consist of light to heavy cover over Rolling Hills, Shallow Valleys, Creek Bottoms, Tree Rows, Medows and along fence lines that surround fields of either cultivated Wheat, Corn, Sorgum or Milo with w
ater sources and feeders scattered through out the hunting area's.


You will be escorted into a variety of hunting area’s and provided with the latest information and details as to where quail tend to roam, feed and bed.  With our hunting property rotation system, you are assured of the highest harvest rate possible.

 

 

We are conserative with our quail hunts and control the amount
of pressure they receive. All hunts will take place on a
( Friday, Saturday, Sunday ) during the months of
January and February.

A Two Adult Hunter Minimum 
with a 50% deposit is required to book a Quail Hunt.
The remaining balance of your hunt package will be due and payable in full upon arrival.

Hunt Schedule:

The Morning Quail hunt starts and runs from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon
The Afternoon Quail hunt starts and runs from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

          

Day 1:
 – Arrival at 12-Noon with 1/2 Day Hunt

Day 2: – Hunt Morning and Afternoon.

Day 3: - Hunt 1/2 Day until 12-Noon then Prepare for Departure.


No Substitutions, Exchanges, Carry Over or Extensions.

Briscoe, Allison, Wheeler and near the Oklahoma State Line.

 

Guest House:

We provide Guest House accommodations for hunting parties that consist of
2 or more hunters and or their guests. It will comfortably Seat and Sleep up to
8 people with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Dinning Room, Flat Screen
Dish TV and a Fully Equipped Kitchen so you can prepare your own snacks and meals.

refundable $100.00 cash / security deposit is required upon arrival. 


Guest House Pet Policy
:

Hunting Dogs are not permitted inside the Guest House. If this occurs
it will result in a None Refundable $50.00 pet fee per dog / per hunter.

Each Hunter and Adult Guest will be required to sign a Waiver upon arrival.


Before You Book


Please verify the availability of your desired hunt dates before you book by sending us a
Hunt Date Request or giving us a quick call.

Once your hunt dates have been verified via email, simply complete and submit the
online booking order form and remit your deposit
. The booking order system is interactive
which means: the moment you submit your order, it will appear on our booking calendar thus
reserving your desired hunt dates.

You will then receive an email acknowledging and confirming your booking order,

 

General Information:

  • Hunts are Semi-guided Walk and Stalk with or with out your own trained dogs.
  • Physical Escort Provided to a variety of Quail Hunting Area's.
  • Access to approximantly 7500 +/- acres of prime quail habitat.
  • Boots for Dogs are encouraged in some area's
  • No ATV / UAV off road type vehicles permitted.
  • Cleaning Station with Electricity, Water and Storage Coolers are provided.
  • Blaze Orange Cap or Vest are not required but are encouraged.
 
  What to bring:
  • Your Own Vehicle.
  • Valid Texas Hunting License with Upland Game Bird Stamp.
  • Shotgun and Ammunition ( 6 - 7 1/2 Shot ).
  • Eye and Ear Protection.
  • Blaze Orange Cap and or Vest.
  • Storage Cooler and Ice to transport your quail home.
  • Foods / Drinks for day pack and kitchen meal preparations.
  • Clothing suitable for weather conditions.
  • Lip Balm, Flash Light, Camera, Basic Medical Kit.
  • Personal Medications and Aids.
  • Emergency Contact Information.
  • Trained Hunting Dogs if you have them
  • Proper Kenneling for Dogs.
