Semi Guided Wild Bobwhite Quail Hunts

Jan 6th, 2019 - thru - Feb 28th, 2019

We only hunt Quail during the months of Jan and Feb, ( after deer season closes ) so that deer
and quail hunters don't have to compete for opportunity and space. In turn, this allows us to
apply focused attention and service to our quail hunters
and to our ongoing management efforts.

Our Quail hunts are exclusive meaning, your hunting party will have sole access to private lands during your hunt and you will have sole access to our onsite Guest House accommodations. You will not hunt on top of or in conjuction with any other hunters. Quail hunts take place on easy access properties covered in Native Vegetation, Fields of Blue Stem and Love Grass, Tree Lines, Oak Bush and Wild Plum Thickets. You will hunt light and heavy cover over Rolling Hills, Shallow Valleys,
Creek Bottoms, Fence Rows and the native cover surrounding cultivated crops of Wheat, Corn, Sorgum or Milo fields with w
ater sources and feeders scattered through out the hunting area's.
On average, y
ou should encounter 8
to 10 covey a day on a typical hunt.

You will be escorted into a variety of hunting area’s and provided with the latest
information and details as to where quail tend to roost and feed.
With our hunting
property rotation system, you are assured of the highest harvest
rate possible.
