Registration and Booking takes just a few minutes to accommoplish online but, before you book
you must check the availability of your desired hunt dates by sending us a
Hunt Date Request or by giving us a quick call.


All Hunt Packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your hunt dates.

Payments are accepted using standard the US Mail System, UPS / FedEx or Paypal payment services.
You do not have to possess or create a Paypal account to use this service.
All Deposites / Payments must be received
on or before,

Oct
1st.
 

Bookings made after Oct 1st  must be paid in full at time of booking.
No payments will be accepted upon arrival.

Bookings with a remaining or an unpaid balance after Oct 1st are subject to
and at risk of cancelation by default with no opportunity for re-booking.

The Standard Non-Resident Texas Hunting License fee is; $317.00 and can be
acquired online or locally upon arrival. It
is the responsability of the individual hunter
to obtain a license. No other tags, stamps or permits are required to harvest Whitetail Deer.

 


We appreciate each and every client we serve and know that
payment flexability has served some clients well, but we can
no longer accept payment deadline extensions. It simply
becomes overwhelming to manage and its not fair to our staff
or to those requesting hunt date opportunities.

 

 

Hunter Cancellations


Cancellations must be received by US Mail or Email
and must contain your Booking Order Number.

A Hunt Package Deposit or Payment not received by
the specified date, ( Oct 1 ) can result in the forfeiture and cancelation of the scheduled and booked hunt dates.


Deer Season Cancellations Made Before Oct 1st

Will incur a fee equal to the original 50% deposit amount of the booked hunt package / dates. Any remaining amount over or greater then the initial 50% deposit amount will be processed for refund with in 30 calendar days following the close of the active hunting season for which the hunt was booked. If we are successful in rebooking your canceled hunt dates prior to the Oct 1st time line, we will provide you with a 100% refund of all deposits / payments received with in 30 calendar days following the close of the active hunting season for which the hunt was booked. 
Every opportunity to rebook your canceled hunt dates will be undertaken to maximum a return.

 

Deer Season Cancellations Made After Oct 1st

Will incur a fee equal to 100% of the original hunt package
cost with no provisions for rebooking or reimbursement.

 

NTGH reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and /  or rebook hunt dates ( based on availability ) caused by delay in payment, cancelation or by uncontrolled natural or man made conditions that we believe present a risk to the health and welfare of a client. This rarely happens but is necessary as a clients welfare and safety are a top priority.
