Registration & Booking
Registration and Booking takes just a few minutes to complete online but, before you can
book, you must check the availability of your desired hunt dates by sending us a;
Hunt Date Request or by giving us a quick call.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your hunt.
Deposits are accepted until ( Sept 1st ) of each hunting season.
Bookings made after ( Sept 1st ) require payment in full at time of booking.

The Standard Non-Resident Texas Hunting License fee is; $317.00 and can be
acquired online or locally upon arrival. It is the responsability of the individual hunter
to obtain a license. No other tags, stamps or permits are required to harvest Whitetail Deer.
Hunter Cancellations
A Hunt Package Deposit or Payment not received by the specified calendar date of; ( Sept 1st ) may result in the forfeiture and cancelation of the scheduled and booked hunt dates.
Deer Season Cancellations Made After Sept 1st.
NTGH reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and / or rebook hunt dates ( based on availability ) caused by delay in payment, cancelation or by uncontrolled natural or man made conditions that we believe present a risk to the health and welfare of a client. This rarely happens but is necessary as a clients welfare and safety are a top priority.
