Register / Book

You can either Register and remit payment online or you can Register online
and remit payment by mail.

  Before you Register, PLEASE verify the availability of your desired hunt dates by
sending us a ( Date Request ) which, is located at the top of the floating side bar on
any of the hunt package pages or you can give us a quick call.

You will receive a reply to your Date Request with in 24 hours and will have
( 3 calendar Days ) to register and book your hunt online before your hunt dates
automatically fall back into the pool of availability. If this should occur, we will
contact you by email or telephone and offer our assistance in selecting alternative dates.

Upon booking, you will be furnished with Booking Confirmation, Payment Receipts,
Road Maps, Lodging or Hotel reservation information via email. We will also mail you a
hunters. All Hunters and or Adult Guest will be required to sign a
Hunter Waiver and Hunter Policy upon arrival.

To Register By Mail

 You can Register and Book your hunt by Mail in one easy step - but before
you register, PLEASE verify the availability of your desired hunt dates by
sending us a ( Date Request ) which, is located at the top of the floating side bar
on any of the hunt package pages or you can give us a quick call @ 806.395.1415

Once your Date Request has been verified and approved, we will notify you and
temporarily hold your hunt dates for ( 5 Calendar Days ) pending the arrival of your
mailed registration and deposit. After 5 days, your hunt dates will automatically
fall back into the pool of availability. If this should occur, we will contact you
by telephone and offer our assistance in selecting alternative hunt dates.

Upon booking, you will be supplied with Confirmation, Payment Receipts and
Lodging or Hotel reservation information via email. We will also mail you a hunters packet containing area maps and directions leading to and from the hunting locations
as well as directions to area dining establishments, grocery stores, fuel stops and
other public services you may require during your venture with us. All Hunters and
Adult Guest will be required to sign a Hunter Waiver and Hunter Policy upon arrival.
