Semi Guided Wild Bobwhite Quail Hunts

Jan 1st, 2018 - thru - Feb 25th, 2018

Quail populations and harvest over the past several years have been exceptional and the 2018 hunting season is on a solid track to produce
the same rewarding harvest.

We only hunt Quail during the last half of the active season during the months of: ( Jan and Feb ). This allows the last hatch of the year to mature, helps insure the next generation and produces large undistrubed coveys for late season hunters to flush and enjoy.

Our Quail hunts are exclusive meaning, your hunting party will have sole access to private lands during your hunt. You will not hunt over other hunters and you will not be mixed with anyone outside of your hunting partners. Quail hunts take place on easy access properties covered in Native Vegetation, Fields of Love and Blue Grasses, Tree Lines, Oak
Brush and
Wild Plum Thickets. You will hunt light and heavy cover over Rolling Hills, Shallow Valleys, Creek Bottoms, Fence Rows and the native cover surrounding cultivated crops of Wheat, Corn, Sorgum or Milo with
water sources and feeders are scattered through out the hunting area's.

Quail populations are very healthy with an average of 25 to 30 or more birds in a covey.
You should easily flush 8 to 12 covey's a day on a walk and stalk hunt and nearly twice the
number of covey's when hunting over dogs. With our check, balance and rotation system,
you are assured of the highest harvest rate possible through the entire hunting seson.
